We deliberately avoid using heavy chemical paints because we want the wood to "breathe." This also means that over time, with the use of children, the building blocks will show signs of age and become more lustrous. If they look slightly worn due to Taiwan's humidity, a little dehumidification, a touch of fine sandpaper, and a drop of olive oil on your fingertips will restore their luster.
