Shipping Areas

We currently ship to Austria and Taiwan.

We’re happy to look into individual shipping options for you.


Processing & Shipping

We process your order as quickly as possible:

  • In-stock items (Austria / Taiwan):
    Ships within 3–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Austrian public holidays).
  • Pre-orders:
    Delivery times are indicated on each product page.
    For mixed orders, items are shipped together once everything is ready.

💡 Note for Austria:
Shipping is CO₂-neutral via Austrian Post.


Shipping Costs & Transparency

As an independent label, we choose not to hide shipping costs in product prices.
This keeps our pricing clear and fair.

Austria (Domestic)

  • Orders under €30: €3.50
  • From €30: Free shipping

Taiwan (International)

  • Calculated at checkout (based on weight & shipping method)
  • Reference (direct shipping): €27 – €95 (1–10 kg)

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Address details:
    Please ensure all information is complete.
    In Austria, we use the Latin alphabet. For Taiwan, please provide your name in Chinese.
  • Delivery (Austria):
    If you are not at home, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest post office or pickup point.

Returns & Notes

  • Damaged items:
    Please document any damage immediately with photos and contact us within 48 hours at yourorder@wosberg.eu.
  • Undeliverable shipments:
    Please ensure your parcel can be received.
    If a shipment is returned due to incorrect details or non-collection, we may need to charge the resulting costs.
