Returns & Refunds

At a Glance

  • Period: Returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Request: Please email us first at returns@wosberg.eu
  • Condition: Unused items in original packaging only.
  • Costs: Return shipping is paid by the customer (except damaged/incorrect items).
  • Address: Returns are sent to our location in Austria.

Return Process

1. Request by email

Please contact us at returns@wosberg.eu with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged or incorrect)

2. Approval & Return

Once approved, you may choose one of the following options:

Option A: Return label (recommended)

We provide a tracked return label by email.

Cost: €3.5 (within Austria), deducted from your refund.
No payment required at drop-off.

Option B: Self-arranged shipping

Send at your own cost with tracking to:

Option C: In-person return (by appointment only)

Return in person by prior arrangement.
Cost: free of charge

Important Notes

  • Tracking required: Only tracked returns are accepted.
  • Deadline: Return within 7 business days after approval.
  • International (non-EU): Mark as "RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE".

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection, to your original payment method.


Return Conditions

  • Items in original condition
  • Complete packaging and accessories included
  • Proof of purchase required

Exceptions

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hygiene products after opening
  • Gift cards

Note: Sale items are eligible unless excluded.


Damages & Issues

Please contact us before returning the item.
We will cover the shipping cost or arrange a replacement.


Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available.
Please return the item and place a new order.
